A heartfelt thank you goes to Alyssah of Heritage West Design, whose coordination, design, and planning helped shape the evening into the elegant celebration it became. Alyssah worked closely alongside the team at Villa Loriana and collaborated with our trusted rental partners, All About Events and Got You Covered Tents and Events, to bring the ceremony space to life with this gorgeous Amalfi Coast inspired theme.

A STAGE FILLED WITH ENERGY

Steven of On Rotation Events, serving as both MC and audio engineer for the night, kept the room energized and the program flowing smoothly. With the perfect balance of humor and professionalism, he helped move the evening along while making sure every announcement and award moment felt special. Events like this depend on the details working behind the scenes, and the seamless production helped the entire evening feel polished.

HONORING OUR INDUSTRY

The highlight of the evening came through a series of special awards presented by several of the region’s leading wedding organizations, each recognizing individuals who have made meaningful contributions to the industry and the community surrounding it. Representatives from Vibe After Five, Central Coast Bride, Central Coast Event Network, NACE Central Coast, and Central Coast Wedding Professionals each took the stage to present their honors.

AN ITALIAN INSPIRED EVENING

The theme of the evening leaned into the romance and warmth of Italy, creating a beautiful meld of coastal sophistication. Long conversations over wine, ambient table settings, and the soft glow of the venue’s architecture really set the perfect backdrop for this year’s Central Coast Wedding Industry Awards. Villa Loriana’s natural hill-side beauty carried the theme effortlessly. Guests moved through the estate’s courtyard and gathering spaces, surrounded by olive trees and vineyard views.

LIGHT BITES, DINNER AND DESSERTS

Guests were welcomed with a beautiful spread of charcuterie prepared by Board in SLO. Throughout the night, guests were also treated to a selection of flavorful appetizers and dinner prepared by Chef's Table Catering. A local favorite, Just Baked provided incredible desserts with a presentation of their Italian wedding cake and debut of their mobile cannoli cart.

SIGNAGE & TABLE DESIGN

Walking into the event, guests were greeted with beautiful Italian inspired signage from Rose and Wrench, complemented by a playful pasta themed seating chart that welcomed everyone into the celebration. The thoughtful design carried throughout the space, with elegant table details styled with linens from Bella Couture Linen.

Elegant Details adding color, texture, and a touch of Italian market charm to the evening. The combination of fresh blooms and thoughtfully styled fruit created centerpieces that felt abundant, romantic, and perfectly in step with the celebration
