Tom was born and raised here is San Luis Obispo. After graduating from San Luis Obispo High School in 1983 he went on to further his education in photography at Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara. Tom graduated from Brooks in 1987.

Tom moved back to San Luis Obispo in 1990 and started Tom Meinhold Photography. Julie joined the team in 1993 and things really took off. Over the past 14 years the business has grown and developed into a full service photography studio. Tom and Julie have worked with hundreds of couples making their wedding day memorable.

Tom and Julie have been members of the Central Coast Wedding Professionals since the very first meeting.

Beau originally started performing Disc Jockey services at events in 1997 to help pay for college. After completing 2 degrees, including an MBA, he pursued his DJ passion full time. Hundreds of weddings and events later, he established himself a professional young DJ who loves getting people to dance. Some say at events that he combines energy and fun with elegance and professionalism. He currently operates his business out of Paso Robles and performs at events up and down the coast.

Stephanie, a native of San Francisco, loves living on the Central Coast and performing weddings in its varied and beautiful settings. An Interfaith, Non-Denominational Minister and Pastoral Counselor, she received her Ordination as an Interfaith Minister/Minister of Healing after four years of study at the Healing Light Center Church Seminary in 1993. She very much enjoys working with her wedding couples to create special and memorable marriage ceremonies.

Stephanie holds Bachelors and Master of Arts degrees from UCLA and has extensive background in marriage traditions and relationship therapies in addition to her knowledge of the world religious and spiritual practices. She has been a member of CCWP since 1999 and holds membership in the American Counseling Association and the Ministerial Association of San Luis Obispo County.

Penny Beavers, putting it mildly, is an accomplished harpist. She has had extensive training and has performed with the best, such as Johnny Mathis and Linda Ronstadt, not to mention the George Lucas Star Wars orchestra.

She is the founder of the Central Coast Chapter of the American Harp Society and been on numerous Harp related boards throughout her career.

Penny recently moved to the coast and continues playing for weddings on the Central Coast. She graces our Board of Directors with her cheery smile and gracious spirit. As our Treasurer, she keeps our books in perfect harmony.

After her own wedding in 2001, Carolayne realized that getting married didn’t need to be so difficult and set about making the planning process a little easier for Brides. She took over the Kaleidoscope Inn & Gardens and started hosting garden weddings in South County. She also developed a wedding planning guide, Central Coast Bride, to help Bride’s up and down the coast bring their wedding vision to reality.

In 2007, Carolayne became the Facilities Director for CCWP. This position puts to use her passion for organization, since this director position helps a great team of Wedding Professionals put on bimonthly Showcases for the enjoyment and enlightenment of all CCWP members.

Colleen’s love affair with the camera began at an early age. She photographed her first wedding at 14 and still finds inspiration for life through her camera lenses, and from her brides. In her role as Program Director, she is responsible for bringing topics and speakers to general meetings.

Brenda Boorman graduated from Ann Nola’s Professional Wedding Consultants Development Program as well as graduating from the Association of Professional Wedding Consultants (ACPWC), then launching her business in 1987 started her fabulous flight in the wedding industry. In 1989 became a proud member of CCWP, which is an association of some of the most talented and creative wedding professionals on the Central Coast. 

As proprietress of A Heart to Heart Wedding Consultant, Brenda has brought to this arena several years of event planning and fundraising experience. On 4-4-04, getting married herself, Brenda and Andy have chosen to continue to reside here on the Central Coast.

A charter member of C.C.W.P., Sean is happily married and has 4 children, and is the owner of AMS Entertainment, he has been in the wedding and event business since 1988 when he graduated from Arroyo Grande High School.

He joined the Board of Directors in 1994 as the Facilities Director. He then went on to be the Vice President from 97-98, and President from 98-2002. He currently serves as the Public Relations Director, and also Chairs C.C.W.P.’s annual Wedding Faire Planning Committee.

In 2000 he helped a group of Santa Barbara businesses, start the Santa Barbara Event Professionals (S.B.E.P.), C.C.W.P.’s sister group, which has also led to the forming of the Colorado Event Professionals (C.E.P.).

Sean loves to network with other business owners, as well as M.C./D.J. Weddings and Special Events. He and his staff of Entertainment Specialist have a full time office in Grover Beach, and are requested at many weddings, schools, and special events up and down the coast.

Dean Sullivan has been a resident of San Luis Obispo for over 37 years. Staring his photography in school, Dean has been photographing professionally ever since he got out of school. Shooting wedding since the late 70's, Dean's background is also in publishing. He began in publishing as a photographer for a local magizine and soon after started his own newspapers, which are still publishing today. Dean is a 3Certified Professional Photographer with the PPA, (Professional Photographers of America). He runs a full service studio in Los Osos that specializes in Wedding, Family & Commercial photography. Dean also does graphic design for local business and even our local State Parks dept. Dean has been envolved in the Chamber of Commerce, on the excitive board of the N.E.P. (Natural Estaury Program) and with the CCNHA (Central Coast Natural History Assoc. Dean is married and with 3 beautiful children.

Patrice is a wedding and event consultant who has been planning parties on the Central Coast for over 10 years. After raising her kids in Mammoth Lakes, California (located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada's) she moved to this area with "no snow" in mind.

In her career, she has traveled to New York, New Orleans and Los Angeles putting on conventions and every other kind of party imaginable from concerts to baby showers. Weddings are considered her highest priority. Patrice feels that "fairy tale" weddings are what dreams are made of and realizing each couple's day brings her joy.
