We meet the second Wednesday of every month. Our meetings are usually of a business nature and are held at noon at the Embassy Suites in San Luis Obispo. Lunch is served at the meeting. Reservations should be made by noon on the Monday prior to the meeting by sending an email to ahearttoheart@charter.net.

Every other month in place of our morning meeting, we hold an evening Showcase. This is an opportunity for you to see what other wedding professionals do and for you to showcase your business and let us see what you can do! If you are a CCWP member and would like to participate in a showcase contact Carolayne Holley, Facilities Director at 929-5757 or email showcase@ccwp.com.

Reservations for the satellite meetings should also be made in advance to the respective contact for that location.

Promote goodwill between the client and the wedding industry.

Provide a written estimate to each client.

Use honest and factual advertising.

Hire and train the most professional staff available.

Represent each client fairly and honestly, providing all agreed-to services in a timely manner.

Have a personal sense of obligation to each individual client.

Place the importance of the client's event first.

Do whatever necessary to make sure that the event is a success.

Operate a business that is a credit to the organization and the community.

Do not offer or accept monetary compensation (kickbacks) for referrals or recommendations.
